coolababies pul problem

Postby CharlottesClan » Tue Jun 01, 2010 10:53 am

i bought a bunch of coolababies of a nappy site (which has since closed down) and two of them the pul has separated. the colour outer and the plastic layer have come apart. (does this make sense?) they sound crinkly as well

any idea guys? gutted as it the red and my fav blue

i cant return really, and return to manufacturers is just going to cost more then they are worth, at the same time i dont want to replace them if the next lot are going to do the same.

anyone else had this problem?

I had the same problem, and I'm afraid I just abandoned them. I've heard other people suggest putting them in a tumble drier for 10 minutes though....please let me know if it works!

I have had this happen to a couple of ours. 1 I bought pre-loved and when it arrived it was like that, and another I bought brand new (at the same time as another one), after just 2 washes the pul seperated (the other one is still going strong now).

I have just put the seperated ones aside for the girls to use a doll napies :giggle:

I think some must be a bit dodgy. We have 8 and they are used as nursery nappies and have been used quite a bit and they still look pretty good really and haven't had any problems. Maybe I am just lucky
