just a tip even though it sounds like your doing it, I found with my hemp inserts that it is only now after about 15 washes that they have become absorbant.

Good luck with your bums and I hope you feel more on top soon. I had it with my first and fourth baby and it is horrible. However you will cope and be rather proud that you have.

Thanks, I'm feeling a bit more in control at the moment. Seeing the doctor again tomorrow. She's trying to find some anti-depressants that I can safely take (I have epilepsy too).

Had a great weekend and didn't get as stressed as I normally do.
