Baba and boo?

Postby weebee » Thu Feb 17, 2011 4:04 pm

Has anyone come across Baba and Boo and used any of their home-made nappies? They look great and are very reasonable but I'd love to know how they compare to something like a BG v3/4.

Thanks!

I've not used them but they look very much like Ebay nappies

A lady in my ante-natal club (on a baby website) has bought some recently and was very impressed. She said the prints etc and overall appearance is very similar to eBay pockets but she says they are a bit better quality.

hey, I'm not sure about them being homemade? I have one, its very good but quite large. its on the smallest rise and only one unused snap on my 18lb 6 month old boy. He wears BG's on the middle setting. It is, in my opinion, exactly the same as these ebay nappies http://myworld.ebay.ie/iwill2sellmore/ (not the 97kgallery ones which are much smaller and have thick fleece lining). the only difference i can see is the baba and boo label and that the ebay ones only come with one insert. I've been getting on great with both these nappies, no leaks. My only issue is the size (not suitable for newborn) and that if you try to stuff them heavily (for night etc) the elastic kind of bunches on the pocket and sticks out causing wicking. Hth.
