I bypassed mediums really and ordered large SR when Imogen was only small, about 7 months, so they have lasted us a long time and I got a good fit from then probably due to Imogen having lovely chunky thighs I can still squeeze Imogen in a SR now but the rise is fairly low on her (obviously) and its a bit tight across the front, HR are a great fit now.
