Urine infection?

Penny has a really strange thing about grabbing at her bits and fiddling around down there. Normally this wouldn't worry me but she has started to grab at her nappy and pull at it. She jas on a couple of occassions said "hurt" too . Could she have a water infection or is she showing signs of pt or something?
Any experience on uti in children? How do you tell?

When Hannah had a uti she had a fever, stomach pains and in alot of pain wee'ing.

Was just thiking if her hands are down there she could of scratched and now it's abit stingy when she wee's

Usually little ones will have a fever with it. She could be feelung sore from irritation there.Worth getting a urine sample if u are worried but using the dipsticks is pretty inaccurate in kids so they need sending to the lab.
