How quickly would a fibre gummy lolly work?

In our never ending issues with RIley, i've now taken her off laxative powder and she's been doing really well and doing a poo probably every other day, or every third if I threaten her with a bottom tablet! :giggle:

Anyway she went this morning, and as a treat she asked for a lolly as a treat so she had a vitamin lolly (yes mean I know!) , but because she hadn't been for a poo for a few days I gave her a fibre gummy lolly as well. SO this afternoon about 5 hours later she has done a poo accident in her undies, and TMI alert it was all soft as if it was a 'no control' kind of poo.

Would a fibre gummy work that quickly?
