I'm sure there were a couple of hypothyroid mums on here. Just wondered how you coped with the sleep deprivation. It's hard enough getting on with life when you get a solid 8hr sleep at night but with the broken sleep of a baby it just feels like my body is broken. I ache from being so tired!
Up until the last year or so I thought that because I was on thyroxine I would feel the same as any other person but seemingly the tiredness is still pretty normal.
Just wondered if anyone knew any alternative ways to deal with it
