After #1 I had no tear or cut (lucky me), but suffered stress incontinence when I did things like sneeze or puke, however running was fine.
Now after #2, I got stitched up after some tearing, and it's the other way around. As I discovered when I went out for a fairly short run a couple of weeks ago.
Day to day it's far easier, and yes I know, I should get into regular keigals blah, blah. But really, how weird is that?!
