I am fuming and not what I need to be dealing with when I'm 34 wks preg!
I think it's disgusting that they are trying to push the blame on me, when every other retailer makes a clear distinction between the new and old styles by using the names they were originally released as, old style: BG Organic New style: Elemental. Who the heck would list BG Organic and BG Elemental as the same nappy and then have BG Elemental NEW, as the name of the latest release?!!
Like I said it isn't the only issue with this order (and I'm not the only one) but that would take a while to type out, I feel so mad like I want to write a letter to the company manager, but I fear I would be wasting my precious time.
Sunset- Thanks for the suggestion for contacting BG I think that's a good idea, I'd like to think they'd listen and not be happy their customers are being mislead. I wish I'd known this company have bad CS, I just want to get my refund and be shot of them I just don't like the way they are making out it's my error, hello anyone who knows cloth knows what nappy they expect, the terminology/names of products.
The company I am talking about is fluff heaven(babame) sure the 20% discount for RNW is awesome but not for the grief it's caused me.
