Our life with acute myeloid leukemia

Just a diary I'm keeping after we found out on 9th June 2010 (our baby's first birthday) that my other half has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and how we get by (hopefully I'll be better with this than I am with a diary :giggle: )

This middle bit of pregnancy is a bit strange, I know that I am pregnant, and my growing bump is evidence but I just don't feel pregnant. It's easy to forget (unless I'm trying to put on socks or something and then there is very definitely a new obstacle). I can definitely feel baby moving about, but it' not the big obvious movements I remember from last time, it's more like being poked from the inside or moments of pressure as baby has a bit of a roll around. I can't wait for those big movements, or even just the 20 week scan so that we can start doing the baby shopping and planning the baby's room. It's strange (and feels awful to say  ) but I easily forget sometimes that we are actually expecting again  but I am so excited for our new addition, I just want this pregnancy to get a move on now :giggle:
