So I've been going to the gym for a few weeks now and I love it I thought it was going to be really hard to get myself motivated and keep going but I'm really enjoying myself. The best part is I'm already getting compliments from people saying I have lost weight I feel really proud of what I have achieved despite the fact that I haven't noticed any changes, just need to tone up now. I actually can't wait to go back, I'm only going every other day at the minute but I think if OH's mum and dad don't mind I'll start going everyday after this week. It gets me out of the house for an hour and I really do love it! I'm enjoying the weekly PT (personal trainer) sessions too but I don't think I'l be able to carry on having them soon as they are far too pricey but I love having them, the PT is lovely and he really helps push me that little further
Anyway, I'll get off my gym kick, can't wait to go in tomorrow
