Ingredients
500g unripe peaches
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
3 cloves of garlic
125ml of vinegar
hot water to fill jar
Instructions
Prick the peaches and add to the jar
Mix sugar, salt and vinegar and add to the jar
throw in the garlic
fill with hot water to the brim of the jar
Close the the jar and turn upside down
turn it back over when cool and store in a dry dark place
Wait two weeks and it’s ready!
