38+3 The impatience has passed

Last week was terrible, I could not sit still and was absolutely desperate to have bub, but it seems to have settled now. I am definitely ready to meet her, and ready to not be pregnant but I'm not going bonkers now :giggle: I am happy that she will come when she is ready. I am getting plenty of "still pregnant", "no sign yet then?" questions but I just smile and nod and remind people that I'm actually not due yet (10 day count down begins tomorrow though  ).
I feel a bit guilty for not keeping a better diary of my pregnancy but I think I do pregnancy quite well and when it's uneventful you just feel like people won't be interested. My hips ache and my belly ache's as bub seems to be very low down now, but aside from a few twinges when the nerves catch in my hip or back I can't really complain.
I am looking forward to going in to labour, I'm not so deluded that I think it will be a glam affair or pain free or easy but I'm just excited as it is the "in-between" and means that she will be here soon and I am soooo ready to meet her now :D I want to see how she compares to Austin. I can't wait to feed her and watch her grow and hit all those little milestones that pass all too quickly in their first year. I can't wait to watch her and Austin together; watch them fall out and make up and play with each others toys and be best friends and stand up for each other. It's so exciting now :yahoo:
