35 weeks and more baby/mum buys

35+1 today

Annoyed that I couldn't get a 36 week mw appointment for next week, so I will be a day off full term by the time I do see her. Shouldn't matter too much really. I just like hearing baby's heart beat, it is so reassuring :pregnant:

Been spending my time organising the baby's room (although baby will be with us in our room at first), so been putting clothes, swaddlepods, sleepingbags...

9 weeks and "the bog move"

I am delepoing the theory that the beginning of my "weeks" are ok in regards to symptoms and they get worse as the week progresses. Today has been quite good, possibly also helped by the fact I have snacked more or less constantly but we shall see.
We have attempted night 2 of Austin in his big boy bed as when I took him up he requested, after being put in the cot, to be moved to his new bed but thus far he is still avoiding sleep and opting for he stand at the stair gate and shout approach...

I haven't really got anything important to say today tbh but I wanted to document the fact that I had my booking appointment and the midwife (Tracey) was fab and lovely and very supportive of my having a homebirth. It has certainly made it feel like I am now pregnant again now that I know things are moving again. Had my first bloods taken and all the other tedium that goes with a booking appointment, but it was lovely!
Also I found baby's heartbeat this morning ...

I am waiting patiently for hubbie to come home with Thorntons (can't get them out of my mind now, Steph :lol: !) and a bottle of :wine: (for him).
