Hello!

Well, I managed to stay calm. The letter helped to gain the desired effect, and we have reached an understanding. This time she categorically stated that even after consultant advice it was my choice, that they would support me in my choice and that they would always provide a mw.

We just need to get a double check (well, she would like) on the antibiotic thing. She has specifically made me an appointment with the main consultant rather than the registrar, and she sounded me out on my wishes,...
