another delivery

After another late and disturbed night last night, I woke just in time to hear the postlady knock on our door with the first part of my babykind delivery. This time it was the flat terrys (terries?) I'd ordered. I got all confused at first and thought she'd mixed up the order, but it's actually all fine. I can't wait for the next delivery, tho, as that has my only coloured and different style nappies in it. I expect that will arrive tomorrow when we're out waiting for the car to have its tyres changed. Shame! That means I'll have to wait until Monday to pick them up.

The next weekend after this will be my ECG and then the following Monday will be the consultant follow-up appointment. I really hope they don't find cause to restrict me or want to intervene.

The weekend after THAT we go to collect all the baby clothes, cot, moses basket, baby monitor, steriliser, breast pump and bedding from my sister. :wine:

God know where we're going to put it all. :roll:

I must urge dh to get the nursery sorted this weekend, and to start looking at moving the furniture in the bedroom etc. We need to do quite a bit of reshuffling to make the most of the space and get things where we need them. It'll be lovely to see my mum again when we stay at my parents', and this time she should be able to feel the baby move. :pregnant:

I hate these dull days when you don't feel like doing much. I swear it's got even darker since I started typing this. Thank goodness we're having a late spring/summer baby. However, had it turned out differently, I'd already have a 2 month-old by now. Scary! At least this little fella will be able to go outside a lot and I will be able to line dry the nappies more reliably.
