I was contacted by the company bababoo to see if I would sell there nappies. haveing looked on there site I agreed. I got sent a sample nappy and training pants. First imressions.. cheap. Yes they are a cheap price but the quality felt cheap. The nappy was a cow print minki, but the fabric was not a as soft as other minkis. It is a pocket nappy that comes with two boosters. These were rather like bumgenious ones. According to the guide the nappy will last around 4 hours or with 2 boosters 6. I tried it on ds with 2 boosters after 5 hours he was wet. But the nappy hadn't leaked. S I think the guide is about right. Good points.. Lots of funky prints, a cheap priced BTP nappy, no leaks.
Bad points. It feels cheap. Although it is a BTP iot isn't as big as say the lollipop pop n gro, so may not last to toilet training. Not sure if it would last more then one child. Verdict. You get what you pay for, cheap nappy cheap finish but saying that it didn't leak and comes in lovely patterns. Good if your on a budget.
Training pants. Ok to be honest not a fan of trainingpants. I don't really see the point. They are not designed to be a nappy, they are a pant. Just with a little extra padding. The bababoo ones are meant to contain one wee. First impressions, funky pattern. I got the bee ones black and yellow stripe. The waterproofing crinkled a bit didn't feel as paded as say the bambino mio or bummis training pants. Tried them on my DD. Well It didn't contain the wee. (didn't expect it to really.) Verdict. Training pants in my experience are not really worth it they only contain a slight trickle. They maybe more absorbant they normal pants but not eqivelant to a pull up. These training pants however do come in funky colours and are fun for getting children interested in toileting.
