Being nearly halfway through my weightloss journey, I thought it was time to up the exercise. In other words, to do some. I also wanted to be able to record some of my journey to a 'new' me; mentally and physically.
So, this evening I did the first session of the C25K programme with a set of podcasts from Robert Ullrey. Now I'm more than a bit knackered.
I think the point I nearly gave in was before the second last interval run when the voice on the podcast said "you may find this one a bit of a push". The SECOND one had been a bit of a push. The second last one nearly killed me. The last one just might have - I'm not sure yet. Nevertheless, I did it and I didn't cheat on any of the intervals; I find I have a new determination. In theory, tomorrow is a rest day and then the second run should be on Saturday. Unless, of course, I discover later that this one killed me.
