I have Sunday to relax but I think I overdid it yesterday.
Went to Ikea in Southampton having driven over in a new car from Poole. Whenever I'm in the car my ribs really ache, only my right side. I don't know what could cause this,as baby's bum is apparently the closest to that side of my ribs!
Ikea is sooo big, so walked loads, but no heavy lifting for me! Came away with a nice chest of drawers and random bits and bobs such as tupperware for freezing meals to have when baby is here.
We visited my auntie in Winchester and the rib pain continued, I couldn't sit down and couldn't really eat anything which was a shame as I was really hungry Followed by an hours drive back to Oxfordshire!
May have made a mistake having half a mug of RLT when I got home as had more BH during the night and felt generally meh. I think I may have a mug every other day for this until I'm 35 weeks then have one a day then increase from then.
Maybe a bath would soothe the rib pain? I will see! Apparently OH is cooking today so he told me in the car coming home, although at the time I didn't want to think or talk about food haha, so he just said it begins in 'R' and ends in 'oast'! awww!
