So I figured I may as well use my blog to document my new healthy lifestyle regime including going back to doing tap dancing.
I did tap as a child and then from 17-24, now I'm 36 and need some exercise.

onto ttc - Cycle 2

Well AF has arrived today. I've been expecting a visit for the past week so it wasn't a surprise which is why, I think, I don't feel *too* disappointed. It was only our 1st cycle too, So it would've been amazing if I had managed it first time round!!! So yep, feeling all quite chilled about it atm.

Starting Baby Led Weaning :-)

So at 22 weeks we've made the scary decision to introduce some solids :-? I've been feeling for a couple of weeks now that Kacie's interest in food has increased dramaticlly, but I got worried over the whole 6 month thing. She fits the criteria in everyway, but her age. I felt from the NHS literature I was given that it makes it sound dangerous to wean pre-6 months, with the risk of alergies and chest...

A shorter list but even less sleep.

As most of you reading this probably can sympathise, I have no qualms at all in telling you I'm tired and hope that my LO will start *routinely* feeding at set times throughout the night. Having the odd night where he sleeps through, or the majority of nights where he feeds anything from 2 to 4/5/? times isn't really doing me much good at the moment. I have absolutely no idea how many times I've been up the last few nights... definitely more than twice because he's onto '3' or maybe '4', ifkwim....

This mornings lesson!
