yay!

I had an electrocardiogram today (echocardiogram on Sat.) and saw the consultant and have been discharged- everything was fine and I don't need antibiotic cover- woohoo! And I finally know what kind of heart murmur I have. I will be phoning my mw this Thurs to get my name on that homebirth list! Yay!! It's all actually going as I hoped, and more. :wine:
Off to have a shower after my yoga...

Living with the Minis.

Ok, so I'm typing this on a spare keyboard as the minis have destroyed several letters from the other one. So far this week we've had poo all over a duvet, toilet paper / paintbrush combo to block the sink and a broken finger. And we've only got as far as Tuesday lunch.

The minis are handily alphabetically named...not 'for the protection of the children involved' or anything, it just so happened we have an A, a B and a C. The least mini, B, is almost six. She goes to school, despite my desire...

Starting a nappy blog

Hi I am Angela and I have started a nappy blog. I am also a nappy advisor with my own nappy site. I have mostly used Terry squares with my DD with motherease rikki wraps. However i do have a few BG's for use with my child minder and some Bamboozles size1. After 2 1/2 years my Boots/Mothercase Terries arenot as soft as they were so am debating on weather to use them on Bump due in July. Not decided on what to use. I also have a Lolliop rainbow size 1 and the odd fuzzibunz.

things to sort out for the baby

Ok....so I have a lot of stuff I need to sort out /get/do before this baby arrives so I thought I would start a list here. 1) move house. 2) decorate the babys room. 3) cut/blackout line and make the curtains for his bedroom. 4) buy more yarn, and get more yarn dyed up to match the wahm tshirts I've already bought or have coming. 5) Get newborn soakers knitted by someone. ...
