OK, so to be quiet honest this is pointless blog but you have to keep in the habit with these things. Life has become monotonous and boring and there is NOTHING going on. The nurses at the hospital are being useless so we have no idea what is going on with OH's cancer as they CBA to go on their computer and find his results for us, so now we wait :roll: ...

Birth Story: Holly Ann Taylor

Holly Ann Taylor born 22.2.2012 @ 17.03 weighing 8lb 6oz, a natural drug free homebirth.

My contractions originally started on 21st at about 4pm, just as I was going to OH's parents for dinner, they were uncomfortable but bareable and by the time dinner was over they were starting to slow down though not easing so I just got on with my usual routine. They more or less disappeared over night so I got in to bed early and thought I best make the most of it as it was probably going to be my last decent...

Starting Baby Led Weaning :-)

So at 22 weeks we've made the scary decision to introduce some solids :-? I've been feeling for a couple of weeks now that Kacie's interest in food has increased dramaticlly, but I got worried over the whole 6 month thing. She fits the criteria in everyway, but her age. I felt from the NHS literature I was given that it makes it sound dangerous to wean pre-6 months, with the risk of alergies and chest...

It's like voodoo

It being half term, I snuck in a wee cranial osteopathy session for the minis. Now, I don't know how crunchy you all are, but I'm pretty granola. But even I hadn't spent my hard earned cash on someone stroking my head to cure all ills. Until I saw the most amazing Lactation Consultant when Kits was so poorly, and she said it was a must.
