After spending ages online researching the vast variety of nappies,(and then presenting the results to our daughter in law to choose the ones she liked the best) The bamboo kit from Little lambs appealed the most . I know that many of you will read this and judge me to be a horrible person because of it and to be honest I don't think that you have any real right to judge me until you can say you have spend time in my shoes and been through what I have these last 6 months. Much of this is self pity so if you don't care I suggest you stop reading now.

Despite the warnings of snow and sleet in the West, I am washing my little lambs (most of them) and my tots bots at the mo. Did a 30-- without detergent, and am now doing a 40 with about 1/3-1/2 detergent (we never use much, anyway). There seem to be no suds, so maybe I need to add a bit more detergent. If I'd started earlier I would have given them a 40-- with detergent, too, but want to hang them out to make the most of the sunshine and breeze.
