While browsing the list of WAHMs and looking at various products, I am again wondering about washable sanitary wear, and mooncups. Not sure about whether the mooncup is right for me, and wondering about the many different pads available. For some time I'd been wondering about all those unpleasant disposables (pads and tampons) and how they end up, and how damn much we have to spend in a lifetime for something that's not in any way in our control. Wasn't meant to be. :(

So had my scan this morning. I was right. The baby is gone. Such a blow at this stage. Heartbeat and movement found at 20 week scan so has died at some point in the last 2 or 3 weeks.

Got to think about undoing everything now. Untelling people. Packing up the baby clothes etc. The worst bit is having to deliver the baby. Seems so cruel to have to go through that and not have a baby at the end of it.

Hopefully they will find a reason for it but as I said in blog yesterday I knew it was not going...

6+2: nausea and spilling the beans

So today and yesterday were rubbish for nausea, fingers crossed tomorrow won't be so bad because I'm not enjoying it. Last night was rough, I got woken at 2.30 and barely managed to sleep after that then spent 2 hours in the bathroom feeling like death.
Anyway, the midwife made contact today and I have my booking in appointment on 19th July, and we have told our direct family. I have been feeling so ill that I just thought we should tell them so that if I need help they will know why. I think I...

Well it appears my nausea is still lurking, not as bad as it was by any stretch but still there all the same and making dinner times a tad unpleasant. Still tired a lot, luckily I am getting a bit of time each afternoon to catch a cat nap otherwise I'm not sure how I would be getting through the day :oops:
