Play dough.

I should have got photos. My first (and last) attempt at making play dough for the kids was a disaster!

2 cups flour
2 cups water
1 cup salt
mix. mix. mix. mix.

Easy right? wroooooooong! The resultant mess is now in my food bin awaiting the recycling men on Thursday! :cry: AND I added some vanilla essence for a yummy smell. OOps. I am sucking up the cost of buying the stuff...

2nd lesson!!

Just had my 2nd lesson earlier, same horse and instructor, found out today that Roxy is abit bigger than i was originally told so she is in fact a horse (approx 15HH).

We did lots of trotting, Roxy is quite lazy at times apparently and it can be hard work getting her into trot but i felt i did well. 2nd lesson so very early days but i think i'm doing ok. :wine: ...

Ok so I'm lazy and I probably should have done this before mid January but it's a bit late for that now and to be quite honest we've been a tad busy since Xmas. We haven't been up to much, I'm just in a good place at the moment. I don't think I have been much happier than I am now. When I'm not happy I'm content, and I think that is a really good thing. exciting! i have a blob. this website is getting better and better.

speaking of blobs. my stomach is looking more and more blobish by the day. mr. frenchveg is worried that it isn't growing properly as I'm more than halfway through and just now starting to show. however, scan results show an abnormally large head (takes after his/her mum this little person) and a teeny tummy. i figure that the two balance one another out...right? i must admit that i have been worried that i would give birth to a...

Ah, weekend

Last night another pregnancy landmark occurred; we both saw our baby move for the first time. He was giving me some more particularly strong kicks and punches. It was wonderful! :pregnant:
