Times flying!

15+5 today.

How time flies. I can't believe it has been 10weeks since I updated my blog.

The sickness is pretty much gone now. Was less from about 12weeks when I started taking hayfever tablets. Naughty of me to take them but they are good at settling MS. Now I am virtually sickness and hayfever tablet free. :mrgreen:

Here a few of the thing i've been up to recently.


I'm hoping to get myself back up and running asap. I'm feeling much more like myself again. I have missed doing this.
I have a few more things to take pictures of then i wll add them to this post.

3rd one!

I thoroughly enjoyed it today, had same instructor so was abit apprehensive. As in my 2nd lesson i wasn't as keen. Anyway i did work with no stirrups as well as holding reins in one hand and putting hand onto head, hip etc with other hand.
Also had me checking my correct diagonal too which was good. I also cantered for first time too, just a short one, since i returned to the saddle so that was good. Feeling pretty pleased with the way it went!!

No peace yet :(

So just when I think the worry is over, it is really not. I now have a battle with the Maternity Allowance office as to whether or not I am allowed to claim. Their literature states that you can claim if the baby was stillborn in the 25th week of pregnancy. The staff seem to be reading that as you need to be 25weeks pregnant but surely the 25th week means that I have completed 24weeks (so am 24 weeks pregnant) and have entered the 25th week (so am 24weeks + something) After a phone call they said...

cloth nappies

After spending ages online researching the vast variety of nappies,(and then presenting the results to our daughter in law to choose the ones she liked the best) The bamboo kit from Little lambs appealed the most . The whole lot ,birth to potty cost £280,that was for 40 nappies & 20 wraps + 40 fleece liners ,boosters and other extras .He is now 19 months old and the nappies and wraps are wearing well.They fit neatly and as the kit was divided into 2 sizes ,20 of each ,they will be the ...
