Ok so I'm lazy and I probably should have done this before mid January but it's a bit late for that now and to be quite honest we've been a tad busy since Xmas. My DS is now around 12 weeks old. He is weRING A MIXTURE OF NAPPIES. I find that if they are two big they leak at the side, but on the whole things are ok. He is now wearing his birth to potty nappies but the squares are most reliable for not leaking at night. My DD is out of nappies altogether which is good. She was dry at night from just before her 3rd birthday. Nappy stash now includes, Boot, and mothercare terries, 1 Imsevimse organic. 1 Blueberry minki. 1 Blueberry bamboo, 1 oldstyle fuzzibunze,...

I'm getting more and more passionate about cloth pads / cloth sanitary protection (CSP). The more I think about them the more it makes sense, the more I use them the more I love them :wine:

(and the more I resent the times when I have to buy a pack of sweaty disposable ones!). I want to tell the world about cloth pads and get lots of other ladies loving them too!

Okay - so the day before we start homeschooling officially as it were, I have had gallbladder surgery (keyhole) so am feeling a bit sore and need to sit and recover!

So day one was dvds :oops:

but that's ok - day -1 was DH taking the girls to the science museum and a ride on Thomas and some craft activities while I was in the hosp so actually I'd prefer to count that (and the whole of the summer...

After visiting my local cloth nappy library the other day I came away with a few different brands of nappy to try. 3 days in and I'm really enjoying the experience so far, it really isn't harder than using disposables I find and the pros definitely outweigh any cons (not that I've found any in particular yet)

The brands I'm trying at the moment are:
Gnappies
Close pop-ins
Motherease one size & sandys
Tots bots bamboozle

So far I like them all! Now I just have to try and build a stash before...
