I am delepoing the theory that the beginning of my "weeks" are ok in regards to symptoms and they get worse as the week progresses. Today has been quite good, possibly also helped by the fact I have snacked more or less constantly but we shall see.
We have attempted night 2 of Austin in his big boy bed as when I took him up he requested, after being put in the cot, to be moved to his new bed but thus far he is still avoiding sleep and opting for he stand at the stair gate and shout approach...

I am so relieved to be home and cosy. I had a bad night last night and had to be up at 6:45am to get ready for work in Staffordshire. As it turned out there was a mix-up and the job was cancelled, so I was able to peel off the layers and layers of clothes I'd donned in preparation for a long cold morning/afternoon outside looking for signs of bats, birds etc. I got a lift back from my boss/colleague as dh had dropped me off before going to work. So I have known about this pregnancy for 4 days and had horrible nausea for 3 of those. Today I am working on powering through. For those that are new here, this is all new to me, I suffered no pregnancy symptoms with my boy and i am not enjoying them. OH had his last round of chemo for leukemia in November last year and we were warned it would likely take years for his fertility to return if it ever did. We were given the ok to ttc in May and here we are after only one cycle of actually trying...
