Wool Nappy Covers - the basics

So many people have asked me how wool can possibly make an efficient nappy cover, that I thought it was time to start a blog. So here goes.

Whoops

See, I said I'd forget about this. I used to be incredibly efficient, it came with being a journalist, you had to know who was where and doing what and when you could manage to pin down which person it was you needed to speak to.
I wouldn't say I used to hang around on the streets but there were odd occasions when I'd just happen to bump into the councillor/policeman etc that I needed to ask something when they left the supermarket or the pub!

But, since having James, I have the memory of a sieve....

leaking and kicking

Well, I am sooo pleased that my little guy is kicking and moving much of the time now. He is fabulous and I can't wait to meet him! The boobs are also getting even more warmed up- lots of night time leaking, which is weird in some ways but cool and oddly normal in others. I can't believe I'll be 6 months pregnant by the 24th Feb.

The nursery is coming on- we have put up the cot, and need to get a mattress for it, but the chest of drawers/changing table is neatly in place...

Cracking on

This is just a little self indulgence to remind myself what I can do when I need and want to. If you haven't seen my garden you don't know what sort of state it was in. Half of the paving slabs were so overgrown you couldn't even see where they were, it was ridiculous. Today on a 4 hour gardening session I have weeded and found the slabs :wine: it was a LOT of hard work though! It's just something I want to...

Ending the journey.

Well DS isnow dry during the day and just uses cloth during the night. He is four. I am using my BTP on him and a few 2 parters. I am ending my cloth business too. But it is still going at5 the mo.
