Okay - so the day before we start homeschooling officially as it were, I have had gallbladder surgery (keyhole) so am feeling a bit sore and need to sit and recover!

So day one was dvds :oops:

but that's ok - day -1 was DH taking the girls to the science museum and a ride on Thomas and some craft activities while I was in the hosp so actually I'd prefer to count that (and the whole of the summer...

I've decided to start a wish list for things I would like for this baby / me although quite a few may remain just that....a wish!

BF bracelet
Amber teething necklace
A scrummy baby blanket
A sling for when too heavy for my stretchy close carrier
Wool soakers - have 2 but one more would be good!
Wool dungees / romper
More medium size nappies - think these can wait!
Sleep gowns
Easy-fit car seat to replace my old belt in one!
Change mat...

Well there isn't much going on, still nauseous, still tired, still really hoping that the next few weeks goes really quickly. I have no appetite but I am constantly hungry and I really don't want to eat anything but I seem to constantly be eating. I just want to eat what I fancy and actually fancy eating something. I am starting to worry that something will go wrong in these early stages now though, it seems silly but I feel like I'm not sure if we don't manage to have this baby that I can go through...

Well, I was in the mood to start a blog today. I joined CNT last week and am already spending too much time on here :wink:

Still, it's all in the name of research, don'tcha know? I am so grateful that Steph started a thread asking people for feedback and help on some questions I had about cloth nappies- being a complete novice- it has helped SO much. I am amazed at how quickly just going...
