Honour Your Flow has arrived!

by ChristinePlush on Mon Feb 01, 2010 1:26 pm
[size=85]I'm very excited, because our first order from Honour Your Flow has arrived! For those not in the know, Honour Your Flow is a range of reusable sanitary towels (AKA CSP on here I believe - cloth sanitary pads), they're made in the UK by another CNT member and are really good quality, I only wish I could sew like that, but there you go. moving house and making nappies

by usinukveg on Mon Sep 13, 2010 1:14 pm
So we're moving house...slowly.

Luckily Mr Frenchveg and I live little, so we're able to transport everything in suitcases between the old rental and the new. Thank goodness for wheely cases! I was planning on giving baby rice but I was a poor expresser due to a rubbish manual pump I now know so had no milk to mix it with. I decided to nip out and get him some rusks as these could be mixed with water into mush for him.

We had a busy day so didn't get down to feeding him till teatime ish perhaps a bit earlier. He wolfed it all down and really enjoyed it, within a few minutes though he looked very...

My experience so far/Opinion

by Kaekae on Fri Feb 20, 2015 8:14 pm
Now that I've been using cloth for an entire week I thought I would update on my experience so far; Including my opinions on the different cloth nappies that I borrowed from the nappy library.

So far I have been pleasantly surprised at how hassle-free using cloth nappies has been. I expected a lot of extra work. Washing nappies takes no extra effort considering I wash our laundry a few times a week anyway, not to mention that my daughter has had no rashes since changing over.

As I mentioned in...
