Holly is now 10 days old and I have just put her in a Little Gumnut fitted and Gen-Y wrap. A part of me wishes we had started sooner but I wanted to wait for her stump to come off first which it now has (cord stumps scare me :lol:

After spending ages online researching the vast variety of nappies,(and then presenting the results to our daughter in law to choose the ones she liked the best) The bamboo kit from Little lambs appealed the most . In the hope that this helps someone out there do something that took way too much of my time and so that I don't forget:

1) First off make sure your swap partition is bigger than your RAM otherwise you wont have enough space to save the contents of your memory. Use gparted or whatever takes your fancy. Plenty of help on the net for this so I won't go into it.

2) Hibernation was removed from Ubuntu so you need to get it back into you shutdown menu again:
Open:

Yesterday was the day it was all officially over. No more hope that the baby would be born alive. Surprisingly it is actually quite a relief for all the worrying and stress to be over.

After my BFP I was waiting for a miscarriage, after the 12week scan I was waiting to be told there was no heartbeat at the 16 weeks scan.
