Hiccups and BH

I had a so-so evening yesterday.
Good points:
Cooking my OH a chilli con carne (not my cup of tea, but may have converted myself, haha!) and him adoring it :)
Pampering bath
Hypnobirthing relaxtion and massage
Not so good points:
Really sudden shooting pains down there, maybe to do with the engagement of the baby's head? At my 34 week mw appt baby was 3/5 engaged. This was followed by some rather intense...

I am so relieved to be home and cosy. I had a bad night last night and had to be up at 6:45am to get ready for work in Staffordshire. As it turned out there was a mix-up and the job was cancelled, so I was able to peel off the layers and layers of clothes I'd donned in preparation for a long cold morning/afternoon outside looking for signs of bats, birds etc. I got a lift back from my boss/colleague as dh had dropped me off before going to work. About time I started a Blog!

I think it's high time I put aside some time to start a blog! I'm not going right back to the beginning, so will start with my newest fanaticism of knitting wool nappy covers! I thought I didn't have an ounce of creativity in me until I started, by working out and writing a shorties pattern. This worked so well, that I started adapting and imroving it, and now have done lots of longies, shorties, skirties, soakers, pantaloons, bloomers, and all sorts.

Currently just finishing off a group of 4 soakers...
