Well, after having a good rest last night, I feel better about the whole birth thing. As my dh keeps reminding me, in many ways there is no "battle", because we won't be having a hospital birth (unless need to transfer urgently). I am beginning to understand the comments on the AIMS website about women becoming so fed up with it that they even consider having no mw. While I wouldn't have an unassisted birth, I do feel more anxious about who will be attending, and whether I get a nice mw....

I am sitting on the sofa stuffed full of dhs delish homemade macaroni cheese (whole-wheat penne, mature cheddar, local thick, bacon, onion,crispy breadcrumbs and more cheese!) I think I had an eyes-belly moment I also think my baby is having a growth spurt! Or maybe I'm just getting fat. :hohoho:

Well, it didn't take long before I was forced to re-evaluate my stash.

The Ittis were, although slimmish and absorbant, an awful fit once Merry started walking. That, and the hardness of the inserts (rather a cardboard effect that bamboo often has) prompted me to give them the heave-ho, so we were back to fluffles and wraps when at home and WN AI2s when out and about.
