Any suggestions for a night time terry nappy fold for a very heavy wetting nearly 3 year old DS?

I'd say Jo fold as the bulk of the material is in the centre but you are going to have to boost - preferably with hemp / bamboo and the very least with another nappy down the middle. Using a wool cover ( do you knit or crochet?) also helps massively at night as part of the wee is allowed to evaporate.

Thank you. The Jo fold is pretty good, but as you say, I found it needed quite a bit of boosting. I've also used the kite fold with another terry nappy pad folded and laid down the middle. Both these folds are pretty bulky, which does not matter at night, but is a problem during the day. The knack is to try an get as much padding where it's needed most, which is easier said than done. I still find traditional pull on plastic pants the best water proofing solution. As long as they fit properly, with all the terry nappy tucked in around the leg and waist areas, I don't get any leaks.
