Hi Tory me again! What fold would you recommend for a boy with junior joy prefolds? I think my diagram says to fold it the wrong way with the thickest bit at the front. I think it says to fold the right side in, the front down, then the left side in. If that makes sense?

If you go back to the pics on page one, i really like the 'Newspaper fold for tri-folding' best for my son :)

Okay yeah, i just looked at a youtube video and it makes sense now (i didnt understand the putting one side into the fold created). Just seen a video where the lady folded it in three and then just folded the end down (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rccgXWS2MRA) which doesnt look right at all? :|

You can do it like that but i find it more bulky and untidy...i guess it gets the same effect but i prefer to make a flap and tuck the sides in if that makes sense :) I also ready fold them like that on the shelf so i just grab the already folded nappy and lay it in the wrap and then change it all in one go...I watched that you tube video and it looks awkward as she is doing it...

Haha ignore my question about this in the other thread as you've just answered it. Your way looks loads better but i suppose if i'm in a hurry i could do it the way she does in the video. Good idea folding them ready to use
