Prefold, folding and thirsties/weehugger wraps. PIC HEAVY.

Right a few people have asked me about the different prefolds and how they fit into wraps so i took a series of photos yesterday to show you

Different sized prefolds. Smallest is newborn swaddlebees, then small swaddlebees, then green edge Junior joy and then blue edge junior joy~


Folding prefold 'the wrong way' to make it fit wraps, so you end up with the lines going horizontally accross the nappy rather than vertically~


Newborn swaddlees prefold folded right way into a thirsties duo size 1 (left to right is small, medium, large setting)


same set up but with the prefold folded the wrong way~


Weehugger size 1 wrap (left to right is small, med, large setting) prefold folded the right way~


Same set up with it folded the wrong way..you can see it fits much better~


Green edged JJ prefold is too big when laid into a small thirsties wrap (laid the right way with the lines vertically)


Green edge turned around and folded 'wrong way' fits in there nicely~


Newspaper fold for tri-folding...how to~

Then tuck into 'flap' aready created by the fist side~

if i nippa then I use the angel wing fold

Tory, that's really helpful! After you saying about folding a prefold the wrong way on another thread I tried it under our weehugger and it worked great!

It keeps it nice and trim doesnt it? I think prefolds folded that way are better for girls anyway becuase of the wetzone difference compared to boys

Our bambino mio prefolds the instructions that came with them said to put the thicker bit in the middle, so folding the 'wrong' way as you say is actually the right way for BMs!

Ohh thats interesting, i only have Junior Joy ones, never bought bambino mio ones
