Preferred drink and type (tea (loose/bags/decaf/herbal etc)/coffee(decaf, instant, filter etc)/hot chocolateCoffee - I'm a BIG fan of fresh coffee so coffee beans please (I have a grinder) but no flavoured coffees please
Tea - I don't drink 'normal' tea and don't like green tea so only fruit tea please though honestly I prefer coffee... (though if you find the london fruit&herb co. grapefruit crush tea I'll love you forever!) - bags for preference though loose is ok...
Hot chocolate - no thanks
Likes/dislikes/allergies (eg no nuts/dairy free)No Nuts, Dairy or Soya please... (eggs, gluten, wheat are fine)
No dried Apricots or Coconut either please.
Not too much dried fruit as it erm tends to go through me
No liquorice or glace cherries
Anything else your swapee might need to know I'm the most enormous fusspot?
Nah seriously I love biscuits and cake of all varieties (current dietary exceptions excluded)... but erm would it be ok to ask for an ingredients list for the biccies too please
(partly because kiddies might want to share and I need to know if there is a reaction - what it could be!)
Dark Chocolate is fab as is fruit - and dark chocolate doesn't usually contain dairy (a tiny amount of soya lecethin is ok but no more than that please)
Coffee - I prefer smooth coffees to the ones with a bitter edge but generally speaking fresh coffee beans are fab
If you're stuck for ideas for dairy replacements tesco sell vitalite is dairy free (and tastes ok too!) and there's also pure sunflower spread... Rice-milk is quite good for making sweet things though they tend to crumble and/or fall apart easier... (that's not necessarily a bad thing though!)
Oh and I've just seen happytails answer too and I feel the same about battery eggs - plus they're not as tasty!
