Your bag looks great Nicola :D what kind of interfacing did you use? My hobo bag is finally finished, a bit late for a July/August project but never mind, better late than never. My version came out pretty slouchy due to the interfacing I used but I still like it. I won't bore you about it here but I've written a longish blog post about my hiccups when making this bag. Nothing to do with the pattern though which is great.

You can see the dodgy sewing around the curves of the straps. It's because I'm still getting the hang of the new Husky; I've not broken it in yet.

:D The fabric is cord from Robert Kaufman http://www.fabricinspirations.co.uk/aca ... Brown.html

The camera case pattern is a pdf download from Keyka Lou, she has a great blog too with loads of bag making tips.
http://www.keykaloupatterns.com/product ... ng-pattern there's also a group on flickr for her patterns here http://www.flickr.com/groups/744267@N22/

Thank you! :) I used interfacing and wadding to give it a proper structure. So I used this interfacing and this wadding.

Thanks for that Nicola, that's a great website you linked to I linked it in my blog post too as there 's so much good info on bag making there.

Stacey, it wasn't hard to make at all, the instructions are great. I'll be making more as my daughter nabbed this one to keep her glasses in. Would also be good for keeping mobiles in too or if you only need a couple of things with you and don't want to lunk a proper handbag around.
