I've never thought of sewing a quilt cover (still ca't bring myself to use the uk term).

For a basic one it must be so simple, can't believe i've never thought of it

Will see if I can join in, but realistically I'm not sure if I'll have time at the moment.

Count me in, my sister bought Callum a quilt and pillow when he turned one, but to be honest it is rather large. So I may split the quilt in 2, and overlock it. Which means I will need to make his duvet covers smaller.

I need to do a whole cot set, inclduing duvet cover, cot bumper and curtains for bubbas room (in VHC fabric of course  ) And Lily needs a new duvet covet for her flower fairies bedroom. So I'll be joining in too.

Yes - Lily has a flower fairies themed bedroom. This is the fabric I used for her curtains and I have enough left over for a duvet cover, now that she is in a big girl's bed.
