What nappies for tall, chunky toddler?

That would be my daughter at 13 months now. I am using BGs on her but have the feeling I'll be soon running out of poppers on the sides, as I don't really like a tight fitting on her waist. What nappies would you recommend for later, something high rise and affordable? She is now walking and was suspecting her thighs will slim down, but the chub is firm in place (28 pounds now) :hohoho:
