I would also try some extra hemp or bamboo underneath the BBOS...its possible that the BBOs insert isnt cutting it for you LO...is the isert really wet when they leak?

Try stripping them and giving them a 10 min tumble dry on hot to seal any wee holes, and as Tory said you may need to ass another layer to the BB insert, I add an hour glass shaped bamboo one to ours x
