Do you prefer thick and chunky or thin/fine socks?

I have nevber had a pair of hand knitted socks so a nice chunky pair would be a real treat

Forgot to answer my own question again, I like thick and chunky

Erm not sure - I imagine hand knitted socks to be REALLY chunky which wouldn't work too well with my boots etc, but my socks are of above average thickness yet not as thick as walking socks IYKWIM.

I do wear some socks as "house socks" tho and have been known to wear socks to bed so it wouldn't really matter either way

Thick and chunky for me.... I've got double knitting ones and babyboo upstairs and they are quite thick, I've not got anything like Falkland, that could be too thick

Thick I have cold winter feet so love warm socks.
