So I have shoes help me with a dress

I am not sure a rainbow dress will go with the shoes personally ... I think the shoes need to be the focal piece of the outfit that brings it all together otherwise they will get lost I think.

What about a plain dress picking out a colour from the shoes, I'd go with the turquoise from the heel but the green from the tie would be nice too.
