Oh interesting to hear about the laser treatment! Did it look worse for a few days after?

I have only really just made the connection between it being something other than just bad skin so have not had a chance to really trial the other main culprits, but do know alcohol definitely makes it worse for me - the affecter area on my face really gets redder than the rest. And I suspect the high UV here in Australia doesn't help either - I really should be wearing SPF15 or above 24/7 on my face :-?

Clinique also do a redness base which is 15spf for daily use. Its green but blends in really well. They also do a yellow mineral powder which is great too.

Post laser treatments i was a bit flushed for a day or two but then it got loads better. I had a course of about 8 each a 6 weekly intervals.
