Finally started! Pics added to op.

Mum bought me some Basil, coriander, parsley and chives last week. Today I went to the farmers market and got some mint so I have potted all them! Also finally got my lovely geraniums out of the plastic pots!

I also got a whole heap of seedlings: cucumbers, mini broccoli, leeks, flowers (can't remember the name!) and stacks of pick and come again lettuce! Just about to go and plant all them! Will do some pics!

Salad tyre with rocket, spinach, and pick and come again.

Broccoli etc on our very steep slope! I'm hoping this will work! I figure crops grow on hills! I dug the earth up a bit then a hole with potting mix plus fertilizer, the soil is mega fertile so fingers crossed!

Mint and chives I seperated the chives out I hope that was the right thing to do and they'll thicken up

I hope that I haven't put too much in here, the pot is huge so plenty of root room - fingers crossed!

Another day gardening! Louis is so keen he had me out early to buy new soil etc! We got everything potted including a Tyre with all the salad bits, really hoping it all works!

Those are pansies - though they look quite small so could even be violas.
Viola flowers are edible you know - very pretty in salads!

All looking good - and the tyre is such a good idea, I might pinch that one We need a green fingers / gardening smiley

They were in the choose your own seedlings section so yes still very tiny, I'm pretty sure they are pansies now you've confirmed! It was excellent trays of seedlings and you filled your own 8 tray with whatever mix for $4.50 !

We've bought a heap of seeds and seedlings today. Once Iris and Callum have finished playing with their bucket of dinosaurs, we're off outside to get grubby.

I've been really adventurous in what seeds we've bought. Really, really unsure that they're going to work, but I don't think that matters too much. Iris and Callum had a blast at the garden centre this morning picking out veggies. I also got them a pack of sunflower seeds, so we're going to have a growing competition.
