The beans look like my sunflowers, broad beans tend to have a more pointy leaf at the end.
The pepper, tomato and strawberry look fine, I fertilise mine once a week when the fruits have started to appear.
With the ones that didn't germinate, I 'd just reuse the compost elsewhere. Where they indoors or outdoors when you sowed them? What did you sow?
the first leaves are always big and rounded and then the other leaves will be a different shape. Depending on what they are they might need a bit more room.
