Garden Makeover

Oh the millstone is lovely! I hope you are going to use it and not get rid of it (I mean for decoration not to mill anything ).

Looking amazing, can't wait to see what you do with it - have you got plans or were you waiting to see what it looked like?

We already have 4 other millstones @clothmama so I'm planning to get rid of this one. In the left hand corner I'm planning to have a small potting shed built for all my gardening tools. The lawn will end at the treeline and there will be a wide bed which I plan to fill with a range of lovely shrubs. I need to see what it looks like really once the new fence and lawn is down.

Oh 4 already, that's a lot!!!! Please don't bin it then, sell or give it to someone who would love one in their garden or come visit us by car next year and bring it

Stump and millstone out. I think one of my friends in the village is going to have the millstone.

Getting there! The stone wall is lovely - you couldn't notice it before!

Today's progress. Stones/gravel removed and soil raked over to level it out a bit. I've planted up my new fence pots which I've temporarily put on the side fence until the new fence is put along the front. I've had to put the kids table and chairs on the bare soil for now as we've nowhere else to put them at the moment.
