- Make the satay sauce - fridge
- Marinade and freeze chicken bits to go on skewers and freeze
- Get any decorations etc (lights) that are OK outside set up
- Make sure the BBQ is up and clean
- Any other food prep that I can do / freeze etc
Thursday
- Go to airport to pick up mum and godparents (or if running out of time let them make thier own way
strike - bags won't all fit in small hire car) - Dinner (presuming that godparents will be here too) - carbonara - with courgetti or pasta
Friday
- Bake cake
- Prepare / cook the zucchini fritters
- Make dips
- Dinner - pizzas
Saturday
- Get flowers for wine bottle flower decorations
- baguettes
- Decorate as much as I can in the morning (everything but flowers and table cloths)
- Campers arrive early afternoon - get them set up then send all kids and extras to the pool to finish everything in peace!
- Assemble skewers
