We do Tesco online shopping as they're always cheapest on mysupermarket. Ocado is usually a good £30 or so more than my shop is at Tesco.
However I do love a bit of good service!

we have used Ocado for about 6 months until recently when they ran out of a few things. So we tried waitrose who had everything in stock. Wasnt imppressed with the internet print-out receipt, no nice dated list like ocado and there was something else a big bigger that we had issues with so after 3 weeks we went back to ocado.
